The best place to go when you have a general question or need an advice. The forums allow you to reach the IHQ team, as well as other clients that may experience situations similar to yours. You can search previous entries to find subjects and messages that may help you. Finally you have the opportunity to interract with the members of our community on various subjects.

For our clients only, the IHQ wiki is the place to find the official documentation about our services. The wiki is our primary tool to maintain the various guides and documents we produce for our clients.

If you have questions and did not find a solution in our online resources, you can send an email to in order to reach our support team. We try to answer every request we receive, however we will give priority to requests about the IHQ account and it's operation. When we receive requests about more general subjects like programming and web technologies, we try to redirect those requests toward the IHQ forums in order to allow members of our community to benefit from those discussions.
